Shipping
Within Canada:
Chance and Fate will use Canada Post to ship all orders. All orders over $250 will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer, discount applied at checkout. All orders under $250 will incur a $10 shipping fee. You will be notified via email once your package has been processed and shipped and will be provided with a tracking number. Once shipped, packages should arrive between 1-3 business days.
Outside Canada:
Canada Post tracked packet-international will be used for all orders. A shipping fee will be charged for all orders outside of Canada. You will be notified via email once your package has been processed and shipped and will be provided with a tracking number. Once shipped packages should arrive between 5-10 business days.
Chance and Fate is not responsible for Canada Post related delays.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return the product within 10 days of you receiving the item to get a full refund. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product will not be refunded. Please contact Chance & Fate at info@chanceandfate.ca to arrange a return or exchange. To return items, print off a return label using the link provided by Chance & Fate (will send in email) and the item can be shipped back at no cost to you. Once the package has been received and inspected by Chance & Fate you will be fully refunded.
Want to switch to another size of the same product?
E-mail us, provide your customer information, and your the size you wish to receive in exchange. We will provide you with a return label to send the item back. Once the item is received, Chance & Fate will send you the new item at no additional cost.
Want to switch to another product?
Send us an e-mail telling us which product you would like to return. We will provide you with a return label. Once the item is received, Chance & Fate will refund you for the item. At this time you can purchase your preferred item or contact Chance & Fate to arrange a swap.
